Common Problems
Important actions are not recorded, fire more than once or use inconsistent definitions, making campaign and website performance difficult to trust.
GA4, ad platforms, CRM and ecommerce systems report different totals because they use different attribution rules, time windows, identities and data sources.
Marketing reports count inquiries without showing which campaigns produced qualified leads, booked jobs, customers or revenue.
Tailored By Business Type
The right measurement plan depends on where the customer journey begins, where the conversion happens and which outcome actually creates value.
Measure calls, forms and booked jobs, then connect those outcomes back to the marketing sources that produced them.
Measure product interactions, purchases and revenue across your store and every ad platform you run, from Google Ads and Shopping to Meta, TikTok and ChatGPT Ads. We handle Shopify and WooCommerce conversion tracking with a clean ecommerce event structure, and server-side tracking where it adds real value.
Lead tracking that connects website leads with CRM outcomes, so reporting can tell an inquiry from a qualified opportunity or closed customer, then sends those outcomes back to your ad platforms as offline conversions.
Measure booking, trial, subscription and payment events across websites, booking engines and payment flows.
What's Included
We plan the measurement first, implement it cleanly, test the data and make the outputs useful for marketing and business decisions.
A GA4 audit and full tracking review first, then a measurement plan: the conversions, events and business outcomes to track before any new tags are added.
As your GA4 consultant and Google Tag Manager expert, we handle GA4 implementation and Google Tag Manager setup around the actions that matter, with consistent naming and validation before launch.
Google Ads conversion tracking with enhanced conversions, Meta Pixel setup with the Conversions API, TikTok Events API and ChatGPT Ads, plus LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and others, each set up and tested.
Server-side tracking and server-side tagging with server-side GTM, often hosted on Stape, where they bring a clear measurement or privacy benefit rather than as a default for every site.
Measure product views, cart activity, checkout and purchases with the required IDs, values, currencies and product data.
Offline conversion tracking that sends qualified leads, booked jobs and closed sales from HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and other CRMs back to GA4, Google Ads and Meta, so campaigns optimize on real outcomes, not raw form fills.
Consent Mode v2 setup and consent-aware tagging that work with your cookie banner, so tags follow each visitor's choice.
Lead tracking for phone calls, forms, chat and booking tools, including call tracking platforms such as CallRail and WhatConverts, tied to the campaign that produced each one.
Data Quality
Tracking is not a set-and-forget installation. Websites, consent tools, checkout flows, CRMs and advertising platforms change, so the measurement layer needs regular validation.
Check that important actions fire when intended, use consistent names and do not create obvious duplicates.
Explain material differences between analytics, ad platforms and backend systems instead of forcing unrelated attribution models to match.
Where possible, connect marketing conversions with qualified leads, sales and revenue so optimization is based on value rather than raw form counts.
Validate consent signals, tag behavior, integrations and major website changes that could affect measurement quality.
Why Choose Us
GA4, your ad platforms and your CRM are set up together, so each one counts the same conversions in the same way.
We focus on calls, qualified leads, customers, sales and revenue instead of filling reports with events that do not affect decisions.
Where appropriate, we connect website events, server-side measurement and downstream CRM outcomes rather than treating each system in isolation.
We configure measurement around the consent signals and privacy requirements relevant to the implementation instead of bypassing user choices.
GA4, ad platforms and backend systems will not always match. We identify why, fix genuine implementation problems and explain legitimate differences.
Your accounts, containers and data remain under your control, with clear documentation of what is tracked, where it goes and how it is used.
Results
Selected results from JuvioX client work, where tracking fixes supported the campaign results.
When we started, the ads were bringing in about 20 bookings a month at $55 per booking. ROAS sat at 2x, so for every dollar spent, two came back. That's not bad, but it left very little room to grow the budget. Meta also didn't…
In September 2025 the account spent MX$25.5K at 166% ROAS.
In November 2025 the account produced 19 form leads and 6 phone calls at $176 per conversion.
Calls were coming in, but volume was unpredictable and too much budget went to searches that did not turn into customers.
In October 2025 the account produced 67 phone calls and 54 form leads at $104 per conversion.
When we looked at August 2026, the account had 2,040 clicks and just 5 sales. That meant $160 spent for every sale and a ROAS of 31%. Digging in, we found Google Shopping ads sending people to products that were sold out, so the click…
How We Work
A clear process, so you know what we're measuring, where the data goes and how we verify it.
We review your website, GTM, GA4, advertising conversions, consent setup and relevant backend systems to find missing, duplicate or unreliable measurement.
We document the conversions, events, parameters, destinations and naming conventions before changing the implementation.
A Google Tag Manager expert implements the agreed tracking, then tests events, values, IDs, consent behavior and platform delivery across the important conversion paths.
Where ongoing support is included, we monitor key tracking health, investigate issues and keep reporting aligned with the business outcomes you care about.

FAQ
Straight answers to what business owners ask us most.
The scope can include a measurement plan, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, advertising conversions, ecommerce events, call tracking, server-side tagging, consent-aware measurement, CRM or offline conversions, data-quality testing and dashboards. The exact setup depends on how your business generates leads or sales.
Every platform we run ads on and more: Google Ads (including Shopping and enhanced conversions), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), TikTok (Pixel and Events API), ChatGPT Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit. Each one is set up to receive the same conversions and tested end to end.
The usual causes are a tag that fires on the wrong page or not at all, a consent banner blocking tags, duplicate tags counting one sale twice, a missing conversion linker, or a checkout or form that changed after the tags were set up. A tracking audit finds which one it is before anything is rebuilt.
These systems use different attribution models, lookback windows, identities, consent signals and processing rules, so some differences are normal. We investigate implementation errors such as missing or duplicate events and document the legitimate differences rather than forcing every platform to match.
A GA4 audit checks your property, data streams, events, key events, consent setup and Google Tag Manager container, then lists what is broken or missing and what to fix first. We can fix an existing GA4 and GTM setup after the audit, or rebuild it if that is faster.
Server-side tracking moves some measurement and data-processing work from the visitor's browser to a server-side endpoint. It can improve data governance and implementation flexibility and, in some cases, measurement resilience, but it does not bypass consent requirements or guarantee complete data recovery.
Not necessarily. We recommend it when the expected measurement, governance or integration benefit justifies the additional setup and maintenance. Many businesses can start with a clean browser-side implementation and add server-side tracking when there is a clear reason.
There are two parts: the server that runs server-side GTM, usually a monthly hosting plan from a provider such as Stape or Google Cloud, and the one-off setup work. Both depend on your traffic and how many platforms you send data to, so we quote after reviewing your setup.
It shouldn't be used that way. A first-party server setup can make some data collection more reliable, but tags still have to follow each visitor's consent choices. We set it up to respect consent, not to work around it.
Consent Mode lets Google tags adjust their behavior based on the consent state communicated by your consent-management platform. The appropriate setup depends on your website, jurisdictions, Google products and consent requirements. It is a measurement mechanism, not a replacement for legal advice or a compliant consent-management process.
Yes. We track calls and form leads, integrate call tracking tools such as CallRail and WhatConverts, and send qualified leads, booked jobs and closed sales from your CRM back to GA4, Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions, where the platforms and your workflow allow.
Yes. We can implement and validate ecommerce events such as product interactions, checkout and purchases, including transaction IDs, value, currency and product data where the platform and implementation support them.
Yes. We set up and fix GA4, Tag Manager, server-side and call tracking for businesses in any US state. JuvioX is a fully remote agency, so we work with you through regular video calls and shared live dashboards.
The cost depends on your website, number of platforms, ecommerce or CRM requirements, server-side needs, consent setup and how much existing tracking needs to be repaired. After reviewing the setup, we'll recommend the appropriate scope and provide a clear quote.
No. GA4, Tag Manager and ad-platform tracking are set up inside your own accounts online, so location doesn't affect the work. JuvioX is a fully remote agency and works with US businesses through video calls and shared live dashboards.
