Who we are
JuvioX (“JuvioX”, “we”, “us”) is a performance marketing and growth agency based in Bangladesh, working with clients worldwide. We are responsible for the personal information collected through juviox.com and its related pages (the “site”). You can reach us at contact@juviox.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the site, request an audit, contact us, book a call or read our emails, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It does not cover the websites or ad accounts of our clients. When we work inside a client’s accounts we act on the client’s instructions under our agreement with them (see “Data we handle for our clients”).
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Free audit form: your name, work email, website, the services you want us to look at, your monthly ad spend range (only if you choose paid advertising services), your goal or challenge, and any figures you entered in our ad spend calculator.
- Contact form: your name, email, company or website, topic and message.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Call bookings: your name, email, website, what you would like to discuss, the time you choose, your timezone and whether you prefer Google Meet or Zoom.
- Emails and calls: anything you share with us when you write to us or speak with us.
Information collected automatically
- Campaign source: when you arrive on the site we store, in your browser, the campaign details of your first and latest visit: UTM parameters, Google and Meta click IDs (gclid, fbclid), the landing page and the referring site. If you send a form or book a call, these details are sent with it so we know which channels bring enquiries.
- Analytics and advertising data: if you allow it in our cookie banner, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location and the actions you take. See our Cookie policy.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page, time) for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free audit and send you the results.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel calls, send calendar invites and reminders, and create the meeting link.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages, channels and campaigns bring enquiries, and to improve the site and our advertising.
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms and to keep the site secure.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a country with similar laws, we rely on these legal bases:
- Steps before a contract when you request an audit, contact us about our services or book a call.
- Consent for the newsletter and for analytics and advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests for campaign-source measurement, spam prevention, security and improving our services, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation where we must keep records.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small amount of browser storage that the site needs to work, plus analytics and advertising tags that only run with your permission. The details, and how to change your choice, are in our Cookie policy.
Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Members of the JuvioX team see enquiries and bookings only as needed to handle them.
International transfers
Our team and some of our providers are located outside your country, including in Bangladesh and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.
How long we keep your information
- Audit requests, contact messages and their campaign-source details: up to 2 years after our last contact, then deleted automatically.
- Call bookings: up to 2 years after the call, or longer if you become a client.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Client records and invoices: as long as required by accounting and tax law.
How we protect your information
The site uses HTTPS, forms are protected against spam and abuse, access to enquiries is limited to people who need it, and our providers apply their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of some US states may also have the right to know what we collect and to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” for targeted advertising, which you can do by declining advertising cookies.
To use any of these rights, email contact@juviox.com. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Data we handle for our clients
When a client hires us to manage advertising, tracking or analytics, we may access personal information of their customers inside the client’s own accounts (for example Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Tag Manager or their CRM). In that work we act as a processor on the client’s behalf and follow their instructions and our agreement with them. Questions about that data should go to the business that collected it.
Children
The site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the site.
