Your leads are shared with three other remodelers

Remodeling · United States
SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads built for kitchen, bath and whole-home remodelers. We bring in homeowners who are ready for a quote, follow up through the long buying cycle, and track every lead to the signed project.
What’s included
Quick answer
A remodeling marketing agency helps remodeling contractors win more of the projects they want, such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions. That usually means local SEO and your Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta Ads, a portfolio-led website, and follow-up for homeowners who take months to decide. A good agency also tracks which leads become signed projects, so your budget follows revenue, not clicks.
Sound familiar?
Most remodelers who call us have tried lead sites or an agency before. If any of these are familiar, you’re in the right place.
The homeowner hears four pitches before you’ve measured the room, and the cheapest bid sets the price.
Browsers and price checkers cost the same as homeowners ready to sign.
A homeowner who asked for a quote in March signs with someone else in June.
Your marketing brings in odd jobs while the high-value projects go to competitors.
Reports show clicks and “leads”. Nobody can tell you which ones became contracts.
What we do
We build the marketing remodeling projects actually come from, and connect every piece to the same tracking.
Project pages for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions, a portfolio search engines can read, a complete Google Business Profile and a steady flow of reviews, so you show up across your service area.
Separate campaigns for kitchen, bath, basement and addition projects, bids focused on homeowners asking for quotes, and strict blocking of idea-browsing and big-box searches.
Before-and-after projects and reviews shown to homeowners in your area, plus retargeting for everyone who looked at your portfolio or asked for a quote but hasn’t signed.
Email and text follow-up for homeowners who aren’t ready yet: project ideas, financing options and reminders, so you’re the remodeler they call when they are.
Tracked phone numbers, form and call conversions, and consultations and signed projects sent back to Google Ads and Meta from your CRM.
Fast, mobile-first pages for each project type, with real before-and-after photos, reviews, financing details and a short consultation form.
Google Ads & Meta Ads
Remodeling demand comes in two kinds. A homeowner searching “bathroom remodel contractors near me” wants quotes now. Someone saving kitchen ideas may not start for a year. Mixing them in one campaign lets the browsers spend the budget meant for homeowners ready to book a consultation, so we capture the first with Google Ads and stay in front of the second with Meta Ads and follow-up.
Keywords
Half of good remodeling PPC is what you don’t pay for. These examples come from US search data for remodeling.
We don’t block cost searches like “kitchen remodel cost” or budget searches like “affordable bathroom remodel”: advertisers pay up to $39 a click for them because homeowners use them before they buy. Brand searches such as Jacuzzi or Bath Fitter get their own ad group, and mobile home remodeling is only blocked if you don’t do it.
Benchmarks
Remodeling leads cost more than most trades, but each signed project is worth tens of thousands of dollars, so your budget has to be planned around cost per signed project, not cost per click.

Your numbers will differ.
Two or three signed kitchens or bathrooms are often worth many times the monthly budget. That’s why we measure cost per signed project, and why follow-up after the consultation matters as much as the ads.
Try your own numbers in the budget calculator| Market | Population | Monthly ad spend |
|---|---|---|
| Small | Under 200,000 | $2,000–$3,000 |
| Mid-size | 200,000–1 million | $3,000–$5,000 |
| Large metro | Over 1 million | $5,000–$8,000+ |
Ad spend only, before management fees. Below about $2,000 a month there usually aren’t enough clicks to learn what works; the split by market size is our starting guidance.
Tracking
Google happily reports “conversions” while your schedule stays empty. We track every lead through to the job, so the ads learn from real revenue.
Tracked phone numbers show which campaign and keyword made each call, and short calls or spam are filtered out.
Project type, budget and timeline, so you see which leads are real projects, not just how many came in.
From tools like Buildertrend or JobTread, or a simple sheet if that’s what you use.
Once enough projects are recorded, bidding optimizes for the leads that become contracts, and for the project types you want more of.
Before you hire
Ask any agency these five questions before you sign. The answers tell you more than their sales deck.
If you leave, you should keep everything, including your reviews and project photos.
Shared leads sold to several remodelers turn into price wars before you’ve measured the room.
A flat fee keeps the agency focused on your results. A percentage of ad spend rewards them for spending more.
An agency that can’t tell a kitchen lead from a handyman call can’t grow the right work.
Most remodeling leads take weeks or months. Ask how they follow up after the first call.

FAQ
Most remodelers starting with Google Ads spend $2,000–$5,000 a month on ads, plus a management fee, depending on market size and the projects you want. Below about $2,000 a month there usually aren’t enough clicks to learn what works. Start with your most profitable project type, then add others once it books consultations.
The construction and contractors average is about $166 per lead from search ads (LocaliQ, 2025), and live remodeling accounts in 2026 have reported around $110–$210. Bathroom and kitchen leads in big metros cost more. Cost per signed project matters more, because one project is often worth $20,000 or more.
Yes, when campaigns are split by project type, block idea-browsing and big-box searches, and track leads to signed projects. The losses come from broad keywords, slow callbacks and no follow-up for homeowners who aren’t ready yet.
Yes, especially for kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects, because homeowners buy with their eyes. Real before-and-after photos, reviews and retargeting work best. Meta Ads usually bring earlier-stage leads than Google, so they need good follow-up.
They can fill gaps, but leads are often shared with other remodelers, and many contractors report rising prices and weaker lead quality. Your reviews and profile also stay on their platform. Leads from your own ads, website and Google Business Profile cost more to build but belong only to you.
Start with Google Ads if you need consultations in the next 30 days, and build SEO at the same time. Ads bring leads within days, while SEO and Maps rankings usually take 3–9 months but keep working without a cost per click. Most remodelers end up running both.
Give each project type its own landing page, ad group and budget instead of one “remodeling” campaign, and show real photos, reviews and price ranges for that exact work. Then track which leads become signed projects, so Google and Meta learn to find more of them.
Paid campaigns usually bring the first leads within 1–2 weeks, but remodeling projects often take weeks or months to sign, so judge results after about 90 days. SEO and Google Maps rankings usually show clear movement in 3–6 months, and longer in competitive metros.
