Overview
A Tampa Remodeler Ready for Bigger Projects
This client is a construction and remodeling company in Tampa, Florida. They handle kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, full home renovations and new builds. These are big, expensive projects, and homeowners take their time before trusting someone with their house. The owner wanted Facebook and Instagram to bring in a steady flow of serious homeowners ready to sit down for a consultation.
The challenge
Expensive Leads and an Empty Calendar
When we started, the ads brought in just 15 leads a month at $530 per lead. Only 5 of those booked a consultation, so the sales calendar was mostly empty. Only 3% of people who saw an ad clicked, and those who did landed on a website that wasn't built to turn a Facebook visitor into a booked call. The ads also gave homeowners no strong reason to reach out now instead of later.
The solution
Real Proof, a Clear Offer and Pages Built to Convert
We started with new landing pages built for Meta traffic, each with a simple form to book a consultation. We set up the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API so every form was tracked and Meta could learn who was really interested. Then we launched a clear offer, $2,000 off a kitchen remodel, and limited the ads to the Tampa zip codes the company serves. We replaced generic images with real before and after project photos, videos and real customer reviews, added remarketing for past website visitors, and filtered out weak leads with a few qualifying questions on the form.

The ads brought in 15 leads a month at $530 each, and only 5 booked a consultation.
After
A Full Consultation Calendar

Execution
What We Did, Step by Step
-
Phase 1
New Landing Pages and Tracking
We built landing pages with simple consultation forms and set up the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API to track every lead.
-
Phase 2
Zip Code Targeting and Offer
We limited ads to the Tampa zip codes the company serves and launched $2,000 off a kitchen remodel.
-
Phase 3
Real Projects and Reviews
We replaced generic images with real before and after photos, project videos and real customer reviews, and started remarketing to past visitors.
-
Phase 4
Lead Quality Filtering
We added qualifying questions to the form and moved budget to the ads that brought booked consultations, not just form fills.
FAQ
Questions about this project
How did booked consultations grow faster than leads?
Better leads, not just more of them. The qualifying questions and local targeting meant more of the people filling in the form were real homeowners with a real project, so half of them booked a consultation instead of one in three.
Does Facebook work for high-ticket remodeling?
Yes, if the ads build trust. People rarely book a big remodel after seeing one ad, so real project photos, real reviews and remarketing keep the company in front of them until they're ready.
Why lead with a kitchen remodel offer?
Kitchens are one of the most wanted remodels and a great first project. A clear, simple offer gave homeowners a reason to act now and opened the door to a conversation about their whole project.
How long did it take?
Four months in total. Landing pages and tracking came first, then the offer and targeting, then creative testing and lead filtering. The numbers improved each month.
